Mandate is a 2005 bay warhorse with a staggering 81 starts. This big-hearted boy is kid-friendly, a total teddy bear, ​willing, and easy-going. He has had some work as a ranch horse, and definitely enjoys a slower life (which he has certainly earned!). Mandate is available for adoption.
